I kindly ask new comers and frequent visitors to this site alike that if you choose to download The Wisconsin Polka, please consider giving at least $1.00. That's such a nominal amount; yet, if everyone who has downloaded The Wisconsin Polka so far contributed just $1.00, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin would be nearly $100 better for it.
